As a Referral Partner, you earn 15% recurring just for introducing clients, with no technical work.

A Reseller sells, implements, and supports DNA ERP for their clients, earning 35% recurring commission plus 100% of services revenue. A Referral Partner introduces clients and earns 15% recurring commission, with no implementation or support responsibilities. To move from Referral Partner to Reseller, contact the DNA team to arrange certification and a membership upgrade.

No. On every deal you bring and deliver, you own the customer and keep 100% of your services revenue. We focus on the product; you focus on your clients. We never undercut you or take your implementation work.

On reseller deals, you provide first-line support to your client — and we train, certify, and back you with technical (second-line) support behind the scenes. You also get full product training, demo accounts, and a dedicated partner manager.

Membership is $300 a year for Referral Partners and $1,000 a year for Resellers, payable upfront. It includes training, certification materials, demo environments, partner portal access and listing in the network. Membership fees are separate from commission and are not credited back against your first payout. If DNA issues a discount code, the applicable discount is shown before you pay. Your account activates after payment is confirmed, or immediately when an approved code fully waives the fee.
