Clicking a document reference in a report now opens that document, even where the report lists the reference only. Every sales order, invoice, delivery note, payment, journal entry, accrual and stock adjustment in the Audit Trail Report opens directly, as does a sales order named on a delivery note. Deleted documents stay unlinked instead of opening a blank form.

Staff who are not allowed to see cost no longer see it on the Purchase and Inventory transaction lists. The value of an order, receipt, transfer, adjustment or count is withheld from those users, along with the column total, and it is left out of the Excel and PDF exports. Amounts this rule does not cover, such as supplier invoices and payments, are unchanged.

Company Preferences no longer warns that you are editing the wrong company when your legal company name differs from the name shown in the company switcher. Those two names serve different purposes and are allowed to differ, so the warning appeared on correctly configured companies and blocked the first attempt to save. Saving now works on the first press.

Connecting a WhatsApp Business number now asks for the details your chosen provider actually uses, with a note on where to find each one. Twilio asks for an Account SID and Auth Token instead of Meta's fields, which previously made a Twilio account impossible to enter correctly. A number is also shown as saved rather than connected until the provider confirms it works.

When the server rejects a WhatsApp or email connection, the settings page now shows the reason it gave and names the field at fault, instead of a generic message asking you to check your credentials. Some rejections previously showed no readable text at all. This matters when the credentials are correct and something else is missing, because the old wording sent you looking in the wrong place.

Push notifications now work. Approvals, tasks and urgent alerts reach your phone or computer even when DNA ERP is closed, on Android, iPhone, iPad and desktop. Tapping one opens the document. Install the app and it offers to switch notifications on; accept, and the setting in My Preferences turns on by itself. The setting now shows your device's true state, and can send a test.

The small notification icon in the Android status bar showed as a blank white square. It now shows the DNA mark. Android draws that icon as a silhouette, so it needs an image built for the purpose rather than the app icon. The notification itself, in the tray, was always correct. iPhone and iPad are unaffected: they use the app icon there.
