Stock Transfer now marks the line columns it cannot save without: Item, From Bin, To Bin, Transfer Qty and Transfer Reason. Transfer Reason was the one that caught people out — it could be left blank with nothing to say it was needed, and the save was then refused for the whole grid. A started line that is still missing one of these now outlines the empty cell.

Opening a stock transfer for editing no longer shows an empty From Warehouse. The warehouses it was saved with appear as soon as the document loads instead of waiting on the separate warehouse list, and stay readable even if a warehouse has since been deactivated. The destination warehouse behaves the same way.

Policies can now be searched by name, both on the Policies screen and in the policy picker when linking one to a customer. The search runs across every policy your company has, not only the ones already on screen, so a policy stays findable no matter how many you hold.

Delivery notes now warn you when several lines draw on the same bin and together ask for more than it holds. Each line used to be checked alone, so 8 plus another 8 from a bin of 15 looked fine and only failed on save. The shortage now shows on the line, with how much earlier lines already took. Sales invoices, stock transfers and material issues behave the same way.

The rich text editor no longer opens empty on text that is already there. Editing a Terms & Conditions template, on the customer or the supplier side, now shows its content, and so does pressing Edit on the terms of a quotation, order or invoice. The same applies everywhere the editor is opened on existing text, including email signatures.
