New AI Memory screen in System Setup. Teach DNA Intelligence your business rules, company terms, notes about customers, suppliers and items, and key dates such as holidays and stock counts, then review and approve what it suggests remembering before it is ever used.

New My AI preferences in My Preferences, also one click away in the Report Center AI chat. Tell DNA Intelligence how you like your answers, such as short, in Arabic or tables only, and both the Report Center AI and DNA Assist follow them. Only you can see them.

The Report Center AI chat now draws line and bar charts above the tables in its answers, such as sales by month or by customer, with the earlier period shown when you compare. Follow-up questions like "by customer" or "last year instead" now continue the previous answer, and clearing the chat starts a fresh conversation.

DNA Assist now focuses on how to use DNA ERP. When you ask it about your own figures, it shows an Ask in Report Center button that opens the Report Center AI chat with your question already asked, where answers come with charts and follow-up questions. If you have unsaved changes, it opens in a new tab so your work stays put.

Custom reports can now show figures from other sources on the same row, such as credit notes and payments beside sales. You can also add formulas, running totals and shares of a total, filter one total, count unique values, list every day in the range, and add total, average and share rows. Notes and highlights appear on screen, in exports and in shared links.
