Scrolling to the bottom of the mail list now always loads older conversations. Before, after a filter or channel briefly showed no mail, the list could stop at the first 50 conversations. If loading older mail fails, the list now says so and offers Try again. The date heading at the top of the list is no longer covered while scrolling.

The Communication Center gives more room to your email. The summary cards above the mailbox are gone; Unread, Flagged and Has files are now one-tap filters under the search box. Drag the borders between the folders, the message list and the email to resize them, as in Outlook; your sizes are remembered. On phones and tablets, emails use the full screen width.

Emails arrive spaced as you wrote them: one blank line stays one blank line in Outlook and Gmail. Ready-made texts such as the quotation email show their blank lines. The New message panel is wider. To, Cc and Bcc suggest people from your previous emails and your colleagues, as in Outlook. In dark mode, a table added to an email shows its header row.

DNA Assist can now explain every Manufacturing screen, in English or Arabic: planning, production orders, material issues, operation confirmations, finished-goods receipts, quality inspections, production costing, subcontracting, engineering changes, the Shop Floor, and all the Manufacturing masters such as BOMs, routings and work centers. It used to know only the list and three masters.

Download Current Data in Data Import now works for very large masters. Before, a company with hundreds of thousands of items waited for every item to load and then saw "Export failed: Invalid array length" instead of a file. The downloaded file is also about four times smaller, so it saves and opens faster.

A custom report no longer appears twice in the Report Center when you created it, or it was shared with you, and your role is also given access to it in User Roles. It now shows once.
