Platform

  • Fixed

Windows and panels taller than the screen now scroll, so their buttons stay reachable, and a row of tabs too wide for a phone can be swiped instead of being cut off. The top bar scrolls away with the page on phones. Report tables give more room to the data columns. The dashboard lays out correctly in Safari and other browsers, and its cards can be dragged on a phone.#225

  • Fixed

Headers and toolbars that recently began staying fixed to the top of the screen now scroll away with the page again, giving you back the vertical space they were taking. This affects the main bar with search and your profile, the Report Center and Report Builder toolbars, and the task list toolbars. The Report Center toolbar still stays in place when you expand a report to full screen.#226

  • Fixed

Every Masters screen now shares the same header as System Setup. They all go back with the same arrow, and it returns to the module the screen belongs to rather than retracing your last step. They all start at the same width instead of some sitting narrower. On a phone the title wraps rather than running past the edge, and buttons that sat off the right edge are reachable again.

  • Fixed

The login page no longer forgets your name — a background scan was overwriting the saved greeting, so returning visitors stopped being recognised. The app also stopped asking the server for company settings before you sign in, a request that was always rejected. On Fixed Asset Master the auto-numbering switch is now reachable on a phone.

Sales & AR

Open app ↗
  • New

A split billing policy can now be adjusted on one sales invoice. Switch on "Allow editing these figures on an invoice" in the policy and an Adjust button appears there: change the rate, cap, deductible, co-insurance or co-pay for that invoice alone. Co-pay also takes either side now — enter what the customer pays or what the third party pays, and the other is worked out for you.

  • Fixed

When adjusting a split billing policy on an invoice, switching the co-pay to "Third party pays" no longer looks like you changed something. It used to announce a co-pay change you had not made, while saving did the right thing — so the screen and the save disagreed. The boxes in that dialog are also properly labelled now.

  • Fixed

In the split billing adjust dialog, the Co-pay label and the "Customer pays / Third party pays" switch used to share one row, so clicking towards the label could flip which side you were entering instead of putting the cursor in the box. The label now sits on its own line above the switch.

  • Fixed

In the split billing adjust dialog, clicking the Co-pay field could switch which side you were entering instead of placing the cursor in the box. The switch beside it was named in a way that overlapped the field's own name, so assistive technology and anything that finds a field by its label reached the wrong control. The switch is now named separately.

  • Fixed

Split billing on an invoice that recovers a customer advance no longer asks the customer to pay that advance twice. The split was measured against the total before recovery, so the customer's share was overstated by the recovered amount and the two shares added up to more than the invoice. The third party's share is unchanged — it is still based on the full work billed.

System Setup

  • Fixed

Every System Setup screen now shares one header. On a phone the title no longer runs past the edge of the screen, and buttons such as Cancel and Save stay in reach. All screens go back with the same arrow and start at the same width. Forms Setup was rebuilt for a phone: the settings and the document preview now sit one above the other.
