In the Report Center AI chat, click any figure in an answer, in its table or on its chart, to see where it comes from: the definition used, the period and filters, whether the documents still add up to it, and the documents behind it. Click a document to open it in a new tab. Long answers now show up to 1,000 rows, so charts with many customers are complete.

New AI Audit screen under System Setup: every question the Report Center AI answered, who asked it and when, the exact plan it ran (dates, filters, AI Memory used), tokens and time, and the answer as shown, where a figure can be clicked to see the documents behind it. Re-run without AI repeats the plan for the original date at no token cost and compares the tables. Grant it on the Roles screen.

DNA ERP opens faster. DNA Assist and its help library now load the first time you open the assistant instead of with every page, so people who do not use it no longer download it.

DNA Assist now gives correct help on building, viewing and scheduling reports. Its Report Builder help described the old builder and has been rewritten, the Report Viewer help now covers sharing, export, columns and drill-down, and Scheduled Reports has help for the first time.

Documents printed or downloaded from a phone now show the watermark centred and in gray, the same as printing from a computer, and the PDF is far smaller: about 0.2 MB per page instead of over 10 MB. Emailed PDF attachments are smaller too.

The QR code on printed documents was coming out as an empty box when printing or downloading from a phone. It now prints, with the document number under it, exactly as it does from a computer.

With English and Arabic labels switched on, the date block under the document title and the totals (Subtotal, Total, Balance Due) now show both languages on the same line instead of one above the other. Printed documents take less space, and the date block is about half its previous height.

Forms Setup has two new options. Print scale shrinks a form's printout to between 70% and 100%, and Fit short documents on one page shrinks a document that spills just onto a second page so it fits on one. Apply to other forms copies a form's logo, letterhead, watermark, signature and stamp to other forms without uploading them again.

AI features now use OpenAI only. Bank statement PDF import and the Dashboard AI no longer fall back to Groq, Gemini or Hugging Face, and the Integrations tab of Company Preferences now shows a single OpenAI key. If you used only a Groq key, add an OpenAI key there. The Configure button on "AI not configured" messages now opens that tab.

Online payments with SkipCash. Send a payment link for a sales invoice by WhatsApp, email or QR code, for all or part of the balance. When the customer pays, the receipt and card commission are recorded automatically. A new Payment Gateway account type and a Gateway Payout screen in Banking move the money to the bank. Works once the server update is installed.

Share a sales invoice with a payment link. In the Share dialog, turn on Include payment link and choose the full balance or part of it. The customer opens one link, reads the invoice, signs it if asked and presses Pay now. The page shows Paid as soon as the gateway confirms, and the payment is recorded automatically. Works once the server update is installed.

Cancelling or replacing a payment link now cancels it at SkipCash too, so it can no longer be paid; a payment already under way is still recorded. Tap to Phone requests no longer offer a gateway status check. Pairing a phone lists what it needs: Android 12 to 16, NFC on, Developer options off. iPhones are not supported in Qatar.
