Reports & Analysis

Open app ↗
  • Fixed

Arabic text now prints correctly in exported PDF reports and transaction lists. Account, customer, supplier and item names are joined and read right to left, and the English around them no longer turns into scattered letters.

  • Fixed

Exporting a report now includes every row. Before, a report longer than one page could download with only its first page, and no warning. Long groups are exported in full too. A report too large to export directly goes to Export Queue, or you are asked to add a filter. If the rows cannot all be loaded, the export stops with a message instead of saving a shorter file.

Inventory & Warehouse

Open app ↗
  • New

New stock transfers can now take their lines from Excel, with the same button, template and checks as sales and purchase documents. Each row gives the item, variant, from bin, to bin, quantity and transfer reason, and is filled as if picked on screen. Up to 2,000 lines per import; a row asking for more than the bin holds is flagged first. Not available when editing or filling from a requisition.

  • New

Stock transfer lines now show a serial number (#) in the first column, the same as on sales and purchase documents. Each new line, whether added by hand or imported from Excel, takes the next number, and removing a line does not renumber the others.

Platform

  • Fixed

Importing document lines from a .csv file now keeps item codes exactly as typed. A code such as 002-0005 was read as a date, and codes with leading zeros lost them, so the item was not found. Excel files were not affected.

Communication

Open app ↗
  • Fixed

Sent Items in the Communication Center lists the emails you sent again; it had been showing an empty folder. Each conversation shows who you sent it to, and Undo after archiving or deleting from Sent Items puts the conversation back where it was.

System Setup

  • Changed

Connecting a mailbox is now three choices: Sign in with Google, Sign in with Microsoft, or Other email, with the right one recommended from your address. Sign-in never shares your password, and lets Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes receive replies. For other providers you enter only the password; the servers are found for you. Same in My Preferences and Manage Users.
