Disconnecting a WhatsApp number now confirms inside the ERP, so it works on phones and installed apps where it previously did nothing. A number the provider rejected now shows the provider's reason. Choosing a provider that cannot send yet says so instead of claiming WhatsApp is switched off. When templates cannot be read from your provider, the send screen says so rather than reporting none.

New Message Templates page under System Setup for company-wide Email and WhatsApp messages. Make a template General, for any document, or link it to specific transactions such as Sales Invoice or Quotation, and set a default. Sending a document then fills in the template automatically. WhatsApp templates are sent for approval first.

Every company now has ready email templates for each main document, in English and Arabic, that you can customize. WhatsApp offers recommended drafts to submit for approval. You can pick another template when sending, templates can show the due date and company name, and Message Templates has its own access level in User Roles.

Planning runs, planned orders, subcontracting orders, change orders and operation confirmations now list everything missing before saving, and no longer save with the document date cleared.

Production orders, quality inspections, production costing, production receipts and material issues now list everything missing before saving, show each problem beside the field it concerns, and no longer save with the document date cleared.
