Banking & GL

Open app ↗
  • Changed

An accrual's posting schedule is now part of its view, so the separate View Schedule button is gone. The Details tab lists every period with its date and amount, whether it is posted, due or scheduled, and the journal entry that posted it. When periods are due, post them with the button on the schedule.#422

Budget & Cost Centers

Open app ↗
  • Changed

Budgets now open on budget versus actual: what is still available or how far over budget you are, actual and committed spend, budget against actual by month and quarter, and every line with its percentage used. Open a line to see which purchase orders, invoices or journal entries make up its spend. Revisions show the change line by line; transfers show the cost centers on both ends.#422

Inventory & Warehouse

Open app ↗
  • Changed

A repeating cycle count template's schedule is now part of its view, so the separate View Schedule button is gone. The Details tab lists every period with its date, whether its count was generated, is due or is scheduled, and a link to each generated count. Each due period has its own Generate button, and the timeline now links the template and its counts.#422

Manufacturing

Open app ↗
  • Changed

Manufacturing documents now open on a new view. Production orders show issued, confirmed and received progress, each component still to issue, the routing step by step and planned against actual cost. Inspections place each measurement between its limits, costing breaks the variance down by element, planning runs list suggested orders and exceptions, and ECOs show each change before and after.#422

Platform

  • Changed

Sales, purchase, inventory, banking and GL documents open on a new view: the key figures at the top, the document flow, the customer, supplier or route card, and lines showing delivered, received and invoiced, counted and variance, or debit and credit. RFQs compare supplier quotes side by side; leads show their contact history. Panel headers and tabs stay pinned while you scroll.#422

  • Fixed

The document view now shows the approval history on approved documents, opens count templates and accruals with their own details, and shows each requisition's own currency. Purchase orders no longer say tax is included when it was added on top, and RFQ quotes in different currencies are no longer ranked. Header dates, credit note reasons and journal entry accounts read cleanly.#422

Sales & AR

Open app ↗
  • Fixed

A sales order's billing plan now counts work invoiced on the order's lines, so a fully invoiced order no longer shows 0% progress. The advance card says when the advance has been invoiced and recovered, a milestone's invoice opens when clicked, and the Orders list no longer shows "0/0 milestones" on orders whose plan is only an advance.#422
