Picking a category for a new item fills in the category's unit of measure as the item's base unit again. You can still pick another unit, and it is kept if you then change the category. A saved item keeps its unit.

Converting a quotation to a sales order keeps the quotation's billing plan again, including milestones you added or edited on the quotation. The order no longer falls back to the payment term's default milestones.

In Arabic, the ••• action menu on list and tree rows, and the menu at the top of an open record, now read right to left like the rest of the screen, with their icons on the right.#487

Back now works in one click after you change something and then discard or save it. Before, each change left an extra step in the browser's history, so Back sometimes needed two or three clicks on setup and entry screens. Leaving with unsaved changes still asks first.#487

The currency list now opens above the rest of the form. On the Customer, Supplier, Payment Account and Split Billing forms it was hidden behind the sections below it. It now looks and works like the other pickers, with search and the symbol under each currency, and opens as a sheet on phones.#491

Shortcuts has the new design and can hold reports. Shortcuts show their full names, and each one's menu moves, groups or removes it, with no edit mode needed. Add shortcuts lists every page and report you can open: tap to add, tap again to remove. The page or report you are on is offered at the top in one tap. Groups are edited in the panel, and deleting a group keeps its shortcuts.#487

Deleting an integration connection now revokes its API keys and deletes its webhooks, as the confirmation says. Before, they kept working without a connection. Keys and webhooks left from earlier deletes show on their views with Connection "No connection"; revoke or delete any you no longer use.#487

AI Audit is now a list like the other setup lists: the outcome is a tab (Answered, Partial, Error), dates and who asked are in one Filters button, and more questions load as you scroll. An opened question shows its outcome and re-run results as a coloured dot with a word, and each company AI Memory entry the answer used opens in AI Memory with one click.#487

AI Memory is now a list like the other setup lists, with tabs for Active, Inactive, Review queue and Rejected, and its filters in one menu. Any entry opens with a click: suggestions for review, approved entries for editing, and rejected or deleted ones read only with their full text. The Active tab now shows only what the assistant actually uses.#487

The Audit Reports permission is removed from User Roles. It belonged to an unfinished page that was never in the menu and only showed records kept in one browser, so granting it gave access to nothing. Records of special permissions being used are still kept.#487

Custom Fields: deleting a field that documents already hold values in is refused, and the screen now says so in your language and suggests switching the field off instead, which keeps its values. The delete confirmation no longer says the values are deleted with the field; they never were.#487

Custom Fields: a field you switch off now stays in the list under Inactive, so you can open it and switch it back on. Before, it disappeared from the screen. Cancel on a field with unsaved changes now asks before leaving, as the X already did. In Arabic, an English field name keeps its first words on a narrow screen instead of losing them to the ellipsis.#487

Data Import templates no longer repeat a column's rules in row 2 (such as "TRUE or FALSE" twice), and no longer promise a default in update files, where an empty cell changes nothing. When every row was already there, the result now says so instead of "every row went in". A file of rows downloaded for fixing no longer warns that row 3 was read as a record.#487

Data Import is redesigned and in Arabic, with templates in your language. Every problem is named in words and can be fixed in a form or in Excel. A first record typed over the example row is no longer lost, long numbers keep every digit, refused rows stay to be fixed and sent again, and an import can be stopped safely.#487

Module Installation now waits for Save. Switching a module on or off marks it "Not saved yet" and shows the save bar, with Discard and Save (Ctrl+S). Save asks once before anything leaves the menu, naming the modules. Leaving with unsaved choices asks first.#487

The search box at the top now finds single settings, not only setup screens: typing "home currency" lists Home currency and opens Company Preferences at it, in English or Arabic. Setup screens and settings your role cannot open are no longer offered.#487

System Setup rows now open with a click anywhere on the row, like a list; the Open buttons are gone. Legal & Warranty and Data Import are no longer greyed out: every signed-in user can open them, and the menu, shortcuts and search show them too. A page opened at one setting from search now highlights that setting's section.#487

System Setup is now one settings area, in English and Arabic, arranged by what each setting affects, from Company to DNA Intelligence. Each row opens its screen or exact section. Search finds single settings too: "currency" opens Company Preferences at Home currency. A screen your role cannot open is greyed with the reason. The "Planned" tiles are gone.#487

Terminology: when the server refuses a name, the page now shows the server's reason instead of a general "could not be saved". In the side card, a long name or label moves to the next line instead of being cut off, so the standard Arabic name always shows in full.#487

Terminology has the new settings layout, in English and Arabic: pick a name, type the English and Arabic names, and see how they read before saving. Import and Reset all now ask first. Renames cannot be saved yet: the server does not store them yet, so the page says so and every screen keeps the standard names.#487
